You will work on purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment testing, and fair value assignments for listed and unlisted entities under Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP. Strong modelling and accounting foundation essential.

Senior Associate Financial Due Diligence & QoE
Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements with a focus on quality-of-earnings analysis, working capital assessment, and deal-relevant risk identification. PE / VC transaction exposure a strong plus.
